The Best Christian Workplace Certification was conferred by the Best Workplaces Institute in December 2024 based on data from November 2024. Values First Advisors, Inc. paid $1,616 to complete the Best Workplaces Institute “employee engagement survey” and receive a detailed report. All full-time employees participated in an anonymous survey, which measures the health of corporate culture and the progress of organization values and goals. Businesses that score 4.0 or more (out of 5.0) are certified as a Best Christian Workplace. Values First Advisors scored a 4.72 out of 5.0.
